So far it's been completely positive. I'm waiting for my ring. I haven't heard anything since I brought it in last week. I just would like to know when I can pick it up if possible. Thank you
I just got my watch fixed there a few weeks ago and they did a extremely amazing job. I was worried at first that there would be signs of work done on opening it and the numbers being put on that fell off but there was literally zero evidence of it being opened and worked on and looked like it was was before it needed to be repaired.... wonderful job and thank you ?
I love this store and the customer service is exceptional ? the prices are reasonable and they do repairs at good prices as well. Highly recommend. I bought all the pieces I wear daily and they replaced the stones in my ring as well
