I received great service at Woodies Wash Shack in Gibsonton! They have everything you need to get your car looking like new! I love all the different cleaning options like the bug prep station, mat cleaning station and they even have an air pump for your tires! I would definitely go back. Also thanks Derek for the assistance throughout my experience!

if you want your car all scratched up then this the best place for your car!!!! these are pictures from every time i have went! i never vacuumed here bc usually i don’t need it but when i heard the scratch i had to pull in just to see for myself and it was a even bigger mark on the car so i finally said something and they tried to say basically all this is from me! their exact words “ no one else had scratches on their vehicle” remind you now so many people have left the lot and new people came in so OF COURSE! i would know if i have scratched up my vehicle like come on be so fr! and it’s a black car so yeah i would have definitely seen something that I DID! so yeah don’t come here!

Driver mirror damaged ,will not go back to correct position after wash, was blamed on me for pushing mirror while in wash when both mirrors were pushed forward via car wash ( which dose every time I go threw woodies with out incident. ) this time I did try to save while in tunnel , I did speak with Heather and photos taken to submit for a claim,however was denied for believe I caused issues . Told all on camera. Well the mirrors were in perfect condition & position before I went in and should have see on there cameras they folded forward and I tried to fold back before anymore damage occurred .anyways disappointed that this is the result from going threw this car wash and that claim is denied from something I surely did not cause! Hopefully this will be reevaluated and made corrected but judging by Heather at woodies I am now stuck with a damaged mirror caused by woodies car wash. Awesome customer service
