The work that has been done by Jacob and his co-worker has exceeded my expectations. I am extremely grateful to Jacob for the job he has to do, and the professionalism with which he does it. I couldn't be happier about choosing your company to deal with this situation. If I could have changed anything, it would have been the day he came back. This is NOT a criticism by any means! I'm sure he would agree that if he had been able to come over after 24 hours, instead of 48, he would have been happier as well. Thank you!

Was headed north on 275 around 3:20 on a Friday. When I saw one of these absolute Maniacs road raging and swerving into another vehicle. I started tapping my horn to hopefully save them from being ran off the road by one of the wild out employees. Literally wilding out. And then he started coming after me lol. You should really be more careful endangering people's lives in Florida. You don't know what the other guys capable of buddy. This would be the last company I would ever trust with employees capable of unnecessary lethal violence. Reporting to the police, wasn't able to get the plate though. Hopefully they'll reach out to the company for dash cam or any info that they can. I'm sure the other guy called too

This dead coyote was quickly removed from the yard. Communication between me and the company was flawless. I would recommend the service to anyone.

No I’m not satisfied because they didn’t inform me before scheduling the appointment what the process would be only that it was estimated at 129 knowing this before hand wouldn’t have made sense. He told me I had to see the land first.

I do NOT recommend Wildout.
I contacted them months ago for bat removal and exclusion. Two technicians showed up for the initial inspection without the correct ladder. Let that sink in, a bat removal company arrived unprepared to access the roof. They then told me they would have to come back NEXT week with the proper equipment. Why are you scheduling a follow up a week later because you forgot a ladder? You couldn’t get one the same day, or at least come back the next day?
What’s worse, they didn’t even attempt alternatives. In hindsight, they could have accessed the attic, but that option was never suggested. The company we ultimately hired did exactly that when faced with a similar issue, which shows the difference in competence and effort.
The technicians said they would follow up the next week with a confirmed date. They never did. We called multiple times with no response. Eventually, someone returned our call, apologized, and promised to schedule the second inspection. We made it clear that if they didn’t call by that Tuesday, we would move on because bat maternity season was approaching. Unsurprisingly, they never called.
We hired another company that handled the problem quickly, professionally, and at a lower price.
The cherry on top? Months later, today, Wildout sent us an invoice for $2,400 for work they never performed. I assume it’s an error, but it perfectly reflects how disorganized this company is.
Unprepared, unresponsive, and completely unreliable. Avoid at all costs.
