Today, I had a procedure done on my lip at West Coast Center for Jaw Surgery. Dr. Jack Thigpen was so kind and took great care of me. His staff is extremely friendly, supportive and efficient. I am so happy the procedure is completed! I am very grateful that Dr. Jack was so nice to get this done quickly and have it behind me. I most definitely recommend Dr. Jack Thigpen at West Coast Center For Jaw Surgery! It was excellent!

Dr. Thigpen has a wonderful staff, the best I have come across in a while. Dr. Thigpen is very nice. He also listened to me and then explained the procedure thoroughly. I am just beginning so I haven't done the procedure yet, but I am very pleased so far.

I had an excellent experience at West Coast Jaw Surgery with Dr. Thigpen and his entire team. From the very beginning, the care was both professional and compassionate. I chose to have my wisdom teeth removed under sedation, and it was the best decision—I don’t remember a thing from the procedure and simply woke up when it was all done.
My recovery has been surprisingly smooth: no significant swelling, no complications, and outstanding follow-up. I truly appreciated Dr. Thigpen’s personal phone call on the same day of the surgery to check on me. He also prescribed some extra medication just in case I needed it during recovery.
