first time having an Inspection for a Mobile home i want to purchase in Dade City, Fl and Jeremy Wheatley did my inspection. He went over this place with a Fine Tooth Comb and found so much problems that will be Addressed by Owner and Mobile Park that I would never of thought looking for or at I'm so glad my niece & nephew to be insisted on me doing this and contacted them (they did there home inspection). Thank you so much Jeremy for caring and doing a great job.
I like giving transparent and honest reviews. I didn't hire Casey Summers, but through the process of selling my home we crossed paths. He was very detailed, informative, and friendly. Going through the steps of needing to pass an inspection [from an inspector you didn't hire] can be nerve-wracking. But he was very fair in his assessment of our home.
