Our service personnel was Luke. He was very cordial and respectful as he introduced himself. He was careful to inform me he was on his way, when he arrived and when the service was completed.
I only gave a 4/5 star because the lawn is still wet and much too early for me to inspect the web-dusting done :)
Urbanex has gone above and beyond! Not only did they fix our pest problem but they also made it fun for the kids every time they come. When Christian first came to our house my son had so many questions for him and he was very nice and patient with him. My son ended up giving him the nickname “Spider-Man” because there was a spider on the truck and their slogan is “Web-free Guarantee.” Well, today he showed up in a Miles Morales costume with Luke to do our monthly spraying. The kids were SO excited! I HIGHLY recommend Urbanex for your pest control needs!
Roy made the experience fun joking we laughed the kids had a ball joking back and fourth Christian (Spider-Man) was awesome he listened to my concerns and did a detailed focused on those areas and spent a lot time going over the house very impressed with the customer service and attention to detail
Update: Christian (Spider-Man) is amazing not only at the job but the care he puts into his customer service since day one he has got along with my kids they get so excited when he shows up.
