Upper Cuts is considered the best barber in Tampa and the best barber shop in town. Customers are satisfied every time and are never disappointed with the level of service. The crew treats customers very well, providing professional, amazing, and great service in a nice, clean, safe place. They get the haircut perfectly every time, with services like straight razor shaves. The place offers wifi and seating and comes highly recommended after years of patronage.
I never got the barber's name but he did an awesome job. I was only in town for for 48 hours. It wasn't a long wait he talked he made me feel like I was worth a customer then just spending my money. He was awesome.
Haven't saw Marvin in years,due to work and life. The man still new how to cut my hair. To perfection. Handle down best barber and barber shop. And I drove almost a hour. Happy I did
