I was looking for a specific product, and an Ulta employee checked for me. When she couldn’t find any in stock, she apologized and walked away. I continued browsing to see if there was something similar, and that’s when Diana (with the short platinum blonde hair) approached and assisted me.
She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and offered thoughtful recommendations without making me feel rushed.
