They came out TWICE in the rain since I forgot in my panic call that my tires require a spline key. All of this was done within 30 minutes of my initial call. The man who I spoke to is the man who arrived. Tampa doesn't deserve them. They are kind, good people. He even thought to keep me safe from oncoming traffic as I stepped backward as he worked.
