Illegally towing cars of residents and visitors for cash and saying their system is down to then bring up the rate daily for a higher profit. Absolutely disgusting behavior and lack of professionalism, disguising THEFT as 'towing' and damaging cars in the process. Worst company in the history of towing companies. If it were possible to give negative 5 stars I would. Good luck if your car ever gets towed by them
Terrible!!! They go into Apartment Complexs and look for people not parked in "vistor" spots when you cant even see the spots they are stuffed in the back of the apartment complexs lol!! Also no signs saying you cant park in the spots that dont have reserved written on it and they come at 2am in the morning and tow my car and take $200 of mine cash only??? no credit card??? no change??!!? oh and by the way there internet was down???? how does that make any sense fishy company illegally towing cars and getting away with it.
A few of us witnessed a tow truck driver for RC Towing tow a car from Grady Square then go around the block, get out of the truck and OPEN the driver side door of the towed car which was locked causing the car alarm to go off. We asked if everything was good as we just witnessed what the driver did and he ran to the tow truck, got in and scurried away.Grady Square needs to use a different tow truck company, RC Towing is criminal!
