I got my car towed from my bf complex for no reason where there is no sign they says tow away zone. There is barely any parking where he lives good thing the chief of police that is part complex came out and helped me out and called the manager so see what she can do because his car was going to be towed. The driver was nice and polite and was doing his job but the driver got a call and the chief of police said they dropped RC towing so they wasn't supposed to tow my car and yes they dropped the price which I appreciate it but I emailed the owner no response that I shouldn't have had to pay and still did because I was wrongful towed but I want a refund and I'm going to… read full review
Severe negligence with zero accountability. RC Towing stored my 2019 Ford Expedition in their yard following a front-end crash without taking standard safety precautions, such as disconnecting the battery. As documented in official Fire Department Incident Report #250070809, an engine bay fire erupted while the vehicle was in their custody, resulting in a total loss exceeding $50,000 and damaging surrounding vehicles in their lot.
Despite official fire investigation records establishing that the destruction occurred on their premises under their care, RC Towing has evaded responsibility, stonewalled communication, and refused to settle the $50,000+ in damages owed.… read full review
Had a flat tire on my Harley a long way from a shop, or my home. Was stranded for hours while the folks at Harley-Davidson tried to find a tow operator willing to make the trip. Once their search found RC, the response was immediate and professional. Communication was consistent and supportive. My day got a lot better, as they worked through the process. Picked up my bike and me, and got us to the nearest dealer to have a new rear tire installed. Great job (Rudy?)!
