From start to finish Bob Thornberry was great to work with. He explained the products and where and why each product was used. Being that I wasn’t on the roof he took pictures to better explain the different areas. This was extremely helpful as this was the first roof I’d ever had replaced. Once I had signed the contract and we scheduled the work he was here every day. Walking the job, making sure everything was being done the way it was supposed to be. I also like the fact that on day 2 when they were close and maybe could have finished he had them come back for a 3rd day rather than work late and maybe miss something.
