How often do people show up on time as scheduled? I haven't had many good experiences in this area. Bruno showed up on the minute scheduled. WOW! I scheduled with him the evening before and he was here at 8 a.m. sharp. Another company had jerked me around the day before and I'd lost a full day waiting for them to show up for a scheduled appointment. At the end of the day they said they were overbooked and would have to wait until the next week. I said forget it and started looking again when Bruno came to my rescue on very short notice. He did an excellent job and our carpets were quite a challenge, as they are extremely old and worn(and dirty). He's very... read full review

Bruno was a pleasure to deal with.... I am a chef and have limited hours to deal with this kinda stuff.... He answered all my questions and took texts way out of the normal time. Within a few days my condo was cleaned and ready to go for show. Can say it was one of the best experiences in dealing with an owner who cares and will take care of your needs whatever it is... Bruno was great! On time, professional, and communicated well throughout. He’s a straight shooter and will tell you what he can and can’t do before service which I love. I would use this company again.
