How often do people show up on time as scheduled? I haven't had many good experiences in this area. Bruno showed up on the minute scheduled. WOW! I scheduled with him the evening before and he was here at 8 a.m. sharp. Another company had jerked me around the day before and I'd lost a full day waiting for them to show up for a scheduled appointment. At the end of the day they said they were overbooked and would have to wait until the next week. I said forget it and started looking again when Bruno came to my rescue on very short notice. He did an excellent job and our carpets were quite a challenge, as they are extremely old and worn(and dirty). He's very knowledgeable and very efficient. He's also a hard worker and moves along quickly. I would definitely recommend Bruno to you.
I went through a mildly traumatic experience with a new dog that was not potty trained and had a lot of anxiety. Unfortunately the dog peed and pooped ALL over my carpet. I was probably not the friendliest customer due to the stress that the situation evoked. Bruno was sooooo nice and so thorough. He was patient and kind even in the midst of my stress. He was adamant about getting the job done right and he really did an amazing job. I would absolutely recommend. I have always used the corporate company in the past-no names. And after this experience it shows that the entrepreneur will always value their customers more. 5 stars without a doubt.
Bruno replied immediately and was available the very next morning to clean our dining chairs that got damaged during our move. While he was here, we had a major spill on our carpet and he was quick to offer solutions and helped us get the stain out quickly without damaging the carpet!
