I don’t recommend Trane to any company. They only offer 1 year warranty and the quality of their equipment is subpar. They take zero responsibility on anything. Spend your money elsewhere or you’ll end up replacing a coil every year for $4000.

Also the worker Sherlyn hung up on me because I was asking too many questions. ZERO customer service skills…

Nothing can stop a trane...except leaking coils which occur frequently and are only covered for a year. If you built quality equipment you would warranty them for more than a year. Will never but another trane ac.Pure garbage.

I will never buy a Trane again. Apparently a lot of things can stop a Trane. We have a Trane at work that has never worked right, and my home Trane has never worked right. Trane never gets back to me about my case. I've had to tell two techs where the reversing valve is on this thing. I guess everyone knows they suck and doesn't install or work on them much. I've had 5 techs out and no one can figure this over priced garbage out. Never again!
