Customers have praised Caldeco for their responsive and knowledgeable service, especially during busy seasons when issues can arise unexpectedly. Technicians like Tim and Alex are described as professional, polite, and very knowledgeable, often arriving ahead of scheduled times and explaining procedures in detail. One customer shared that Alex found issues with their unit, such as a wrong filter, leftover parts from previous work, and a dirty outside compressor, which he cleaned thoroughly, making it look like new. The customer appreciated how Alex took the time to walk them through the process and even attach a vacuum to the drain outside, which previous companies had not done. As a result, their unit is now working beautifully.
Another customer expressed high satisfaction with the service, highlighting the helpfulness, kindness, and expertise of technician David Lopez. Overall, Caldeco has a strong reputation for reliable and professional service, with many customers feeling confident in their air conditioning solutions.
Josh not only came quickly when our AC stopped working, but he also identified and corrected the problem (clogged drain which caused the system to shut off) so fast. We were so appreciative especially since the temperatures have been hovering over 90 degrees. Caldeco has been our AC company for over 20 years. We continue to be very satisfied with the service provided by their technicians.
I'm extremely happy with Caldeco. They installed my duct work years ago in the middle of a heat wave, thank goodness! I've had them out a couple times since for minor service and I wouldn't recommend another company for your AC needs!
Wouldn’t use any other AC company in the Tampa area. They installed and maintained my AC system for 13 yrs til it gave out in this terrible heat. The crew that installed the new one did a great job—from the sales rep who gave me a great deal to the installers who installed the system in 1 day. Always great response from all their staff. Caldeco rocks!
