I receive excellent treatment every time I visit the clinic. All its staff is very friendly and professional, you feel safe and family with their attention. Dr. Roberto is extremely professional, he explains every detail of his attention, he goes with you step by step with your laboratory results and listens carefully to all your concerns regarding your health. Dr.Talakkottur has been my PCP(GP) for a very long time and I would never leave him as he listens, is compassionate, highly intelligent, very caring, treats with heart! However, my daughter and I had a very uncomfortable experience with Roberto ( now at Armenia office). He dismissed her concerns then was rudely asking why she came in for a visit and said that her symptoms were anxiety- went to endocrinologist and it’s her thyroid. My experience with him was worse and I will never see him.
