From the time we had problems with a sewer line in a house we just leased they were so understanding and kind. From the customer service representative to the team that came out to fixe the pipe which we Christian & Jed they were so knowledge and understanding. Both super polite and very respectful. This is the second time I needed to call Titan for a back up in less then two months and they decided they needed to put a camera through the line to discover the real cause of the problem. They found grease build up and the line needed to be jettisoned. So the did the snake, camera and jettison all for the cost of the jettison. The office staff was awesome in coordinating with my tenants and keeping me informed and the tech Ariel Rodriguez was on top of not only the job but making to all flow easily and keeping me informed. Titan is my go-to from now on!

It was an emergency, they showed up within 2 hours, the technician did a great job. They charged us $1250 for the repair, which took 1.5 hours to complete which is highway robbery. They do good work but get ready to grab your ankles when it comes time to pay the bill.

I never give reviews but I called a couple times I needed a one and a half coupling was willing to pay for it? I even asked her to send a technician out she try to charge me 300 and something dollars for a two second job to slip a coupling on and glue it. I offered to pay her $45 for a two dollar part so I can get my job done today. Terrible service very disrespectful representative. I don’t recommend. Not to mention she hung up on me every time I try to come to an understanding
