Do not come here. It’s dirty, the staff is rude, and the experience was honestly frustrating. I was refused service because I couldn’t understand what the technician was saying, and somehow that turned into him saying he couldn’t do my nails—which made no sense. On top of that, the quality has been bad every time I’ve come. Definitely not worth it.
I Went there originally because they advertised full sets for $25 and pedicures for $25. So I said, well, that's, you know, a better price than what I been paying, but you know how the saying goes, you get what you pay for he charged me $5 extra to take off gel Polish that I did not have on. He charged me $5 to fix a nail. And it's not fixed. I included pictures of the work that he did on my nails and it is ridiculous. I don't even want to go back and to have it fixed because it's that bad , I spent 145 dollars and his work is worse than a two year old. Steer clear of this place.
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I went in to remove my acrylic nails and get a manicure. Before starting, I was told the price would be $35 and that the manicure was included. After the service started and the transparent nail color was already applied, I asked again to confirm if the manicure was included in the price. The staff member suddenly became very aggressive, raised his voice, and started yelling at me. He even used offensive language and curse words, which made me extremely uncomfortable.
