My body was so tight and I thought joining a gym would help, but it didn't. It's amazing how little we understand about our own bodies. Ron Thompson is an incredible Rolfer with years of experience. He is brilliant in his practice. His daughter practices here as well and it sounds like she is following in Dad’s expertise. I travel from Savannah GA to receive sessions and learn from Ron. As a structural integration (Rolf) practitioner myself learning from someone as knowledgeable as Ron by receiving sessions has been an incredible gift.
