After a long search for a particular tile for a project, I was finally able to find exactly what I needed at The Tile Shop. Tyler was knowledgeable, courteous, and incredibly communicative throughout the process. Payment had to be arranged through a management company, and despite delays in receiving it, Tyler made sure the tile was delivered on schedule, keeping my project on track. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend and most certainly ask for Tyler !
