My daughter was in salvation army for a few months and in that short amount of time it helped her more than I could. She learned a sense of value and routine and work ethic. This was a year ago and today she is working every day and trying to do her best. She really did benefit from the treatment she got there and we did enjoy church services too
I drove from St Pete to Tampa to drop off someone. I don't know much about the place except it's for drug treatment. I did learn some things about the place from word od mouth. They don't let you leave for 6 months to go anywhere, not even to visit family. They want your footstamps, so you gotta give up your card, why I don't know. I don't think that's necessary. It's a requirement for getting into the place. They put you to work too. Which is not bad, but some people can't work, or aren't supposed to. Like the person I took there. They don't care. I don't know anything else, but if you want to get clean and sober it's a nice good starting place.
Thank God for the Salvation Army.
Moving out of state and they took everything. Andrew and Lee were so nice and respectful. Awesome 👌 job, and quickly done.
Thanks again for your help.
