Based on the reviews, Lakes at Lutz is a nursing home and rehab facility that is clean, well taken care of, and has a nice smell. The atmosphere is not gloomy. Patients receive timely meals and attentive medical care from doctors who contact primary care physicians. The physical therapy team helps patients keep moving, with some walking 5 miles. Everyone is great, and the nice ladies make patients feel special. The staff is nice, with smiles and greetings, and they do a very nice job of keeping patients happy and well taken care of. The decor is well appointed, and the overall care is appreciated.
Everyone was friendly. Clean facility. Very responsive to the patient, so far. I was there visiting my loved one and had a very pleasant and positive experience. God bless all of you for what you do.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to The Lakes at Lutz Rehabilitation Center for the prompt attention and support whenever I have had questions or concerns about my family member. I understand that my loved one’s condition is not easy, but I truly appreciate that everyone is doing their very best to provide the care and support needed.
