The Duncan Duo Team did a great job selling my home in Riverview and buying my new home the next day in North port Florida. It was a dual transaction and Trish VALLESKEY was my broker. I named her “Brilliant” because she knew what to do in every situation. As my two transactions were moving on , she did beyond my expectations! She handled both transactions with professionalism and precision like a chessboard game, where her only goal was to win! April 28th I closed one property (Sold my home)and April 29th I closed de other property (bought my new house) with not mistakes.
