Very pleased with my service. Was only without air for 1 day. Prompt scheduling , diagnosing and repairing. Eric arrived and got right to work. He kept me abreast of of he was doing and what the problem was. Glad he had the necessary part to fix it. Was fixed in under 1 1/2 hours. Highly recommend. Thank you Comfort Authority & Eric.

Luis Menendez came today to check the air conditioning unit that was installed two years ago, almost to the day.
I found him to be very, personable, cordial, and efficient. He was both very helpful and also concerned that I understood why an element in the air filtration unit should be replaced.
I would welcome him back anytime to conduct needed assessments.

When I needed our past AC person to check our unit because it couldn’t even maintain a temperature of 80, I was told via text that it needed replacing without him even hooking up his equipment to tell me what was wrong. This is when I called Comfort Authority, I’d read positive feedback about them in the Nextdoor Neighbor app and our neighbor had just used them for a complete system replacement and was very happy.
A tech, Luis, came out the same day I called and walked us through the numerous issues. Luis was very helpful and did a great job at explaining everything. The unit was just too old to find parts for since it was manufactured in 1997!
