Peaceful experience from the moment we walked in. Receptionist was thorough and kind. Got into see doctor in a reasonable time frame. Doctor was so welcoming, kind and efficient. Diagnosis clear with a remedy offered. Place clean and nice …spacious waiting room. All went very well.
I went to TGH Urgent Care Carrollwood after suffering for 10 days from a very painful cyst that was unresponsive to two rounds of oral antibiotics. Because I am a patient of TGH I was in their system and only had to show my photo ID and insurance card (instead of filling out reams of paperwork). I was taken in within 10 minutes. Cayley Mace, PA, assessed and treated the closed cyst, which was in a difficult & sensitive location, promptly, gently and with extreme efficiency. She made me feel less anxious than when I came in,

My experience was wonderful. Every employee was kind and respectful. They had my best interest at heart. I did not have to wait a long time before I was seen. I’m very appreciative of the workers at this facility.
