I had impaled my leg on a rusty sign and it did appear that there were people ahead of me. Thankfully the wait was about 20-30 minutes which was better than I thought the wait would be. The nurse was nice and the PA that saw me made sure to review the wound care instructions with me 2x before I left as well of course sending me home with a print out on it. I was super grateful that this urgent care was close to where my injury occurred.
Outstanding care from start to finish. The PA who treated my finger laceration, Sarah, was calm, professional, and took the time to explain everything she was doing. The entire process - from anesthesia to sutures - was handled with care and confidence. I left feeling well cared for and very appreciative of the experience.
The care was great and quick. I appreciated being able to make an appointment online and do all my pre checkin paperwork online and use My Charts. The entire staff was friendly especially Dee and my Nurse Practioner. I appreciated also how my NP took the extra time to explain the medicines to me.
