I see Dr Walgampaya. It's been a great experience so far. The staff are all very attentive, I'm never left waiting forever in the lobby like so many other places. I had bloodwork done there as well, and I always have a terrible experience, but the phlebotomist taking my blood got my hard to find vein on the first try. The doc actually seems to care and is great at helping me manage some complex health issues. I'm happy I found a good PCP finally.
It's very inconvenient to be told the day of that the doctor you had an appointment with is not available. I use medical transport which does not allow day of changes. So instead of paying $8 round trip to get to the appointment I ended up having to take an Uber which cost me $40. I should have been given the chance to see a doctor around the same time.
My daughter is disabled and has been seeing Dr. Poblete for years. Dr. Poblete gives her her full attention and never fails to ask detailed questions and provide detailed answers. She treats my daughter with dignity and kindness. I recommend her and the staff highly.
