John and the team provided excellent work renovating our rental unit. From taking out the old tile and installing new throughout the unit, installing new kitchen cabinets, and wall tile in the kitchen and bathrooms to finish, they transformed the place into a modern living quarters. Donna and Valery were making sure the material supplies and services were lined-up, and coordinated the work to be done timely. If I could give John 20/10 stars I would. There just isn’t enough room on the page to say what I would want to say. I’ll keep it short and sweet for you though: John does great work, he’s fair priced, works in a timely fashion, and is super communicative. Tampa Quality Flooring for the WIN!! I reached out to them to get a quote on updating the flooring in the front half of my house to match the flooring we had updated a few years ago in the back half of the house. Donna immediately got back to me and had their project manager John out to look at the scope of work within a day. By the following Monday I had received the quote and shortly there after they started work! They had most of the project finished within a week.
