A simply wonderful and compassionate team. We are new to the area so we weren't yet established with any vet, but Tampa Palms gracefully accepted our request to bring our rabbit in for an urgent exam within 24 hours. Dr. Borderieux regularly called throughout the day to keep us updated on her prognosis. While our sweet girl didn't make it in the end, the team got to work almost immediately on her and made sure her pain was minimal. For what the illness was, I know they did all they could. When it was time to say goodbye, they provided a genuinely serene and beautiful room to spend time with her. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for trying to save our girl. ❣️

They're very patient with our bunny, taking great care not to over stress her. They checked her for dietary issues and upon finding none charging us the earth for their services.

Good people. I called for a friend s chicken attacked by a hawk and they recommended to take it to blue pearl instead of saying we can not help

Dr. Ferrall was our vet for many years, and we are immensely grateful for him, his daughter, Dr. Hannah, and the wonderful staff at TPAH. I wanted to write a new review to recognize the continued outstanding care we’ve received since they joined TBAH. Our family recently received extremely difficult news about our sweetheart Lily’s health. One tremendous source of comfort is knowing that she will receive the best care from each of you. Thank you for taking amazing care of our dogs throughout the years and for supporting Lily (& her parents) through this difficult time. I highly recommend this veterinary practice.

Everyone here cares and does such a wonderful job. I am a new client and unfortunately after the third visit we had to let my cat go... The vet and the techs were allways mindful and caring, from the first visit to the last. And then they went above and beyond, they even wrote a cute card to help with my kitty's passing. I just can't recommend them enough. TLDR: Both the vet and the techs are very professional and allways have your pets best interest in mind. They are also incredibly sweet.

Our dog, Ginger, had a laparoscopic spay done by Dr. Pamela Borderieux. The experience we had there at Tampa Palms Animal Hospital was exceptional, and well worth making the one hour drive from where we live since there are so few veterinarians who are trained to perform this minimally invasive spay procedure, which is so much better than the tradional spay with faster recovery and less pain. Thank you, Dr. Borderieux! We are very grateful to you and your team for the excellent care you gave Ginger!

I recently visited this vet after moving to the area, and it turned into a really horrible experience. They had me wait for 1 hour and 45 minutes just for a wellness check and some blood tests and then told me they couldn’t do the test because my cat was supposedly “too fidgety.” This was honestly ridiculous since my cat is a gentle, declawed 14-year-old who’s never had any issues at other vets.
What made it worse was that the doctor seemed really confused the entire time and I basically had to run the appointment myself. After all that, they even told me I’d need to make another appointment to come back, which is just insane considering I’d already wasted almost two hours there. Overall, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. It was a baffling and completely disappointing experience.
