Tampa Family Health Centers provides excellent and comprehensive care. Patients report being really happy with their level of care, describing it as great and beautiful service. The providers, including Ms. Bency and Dr. Morales, are noted as excellent, the best, smart, helpful, kind, sweet, and patient. They are on the ball, take time to listen, and answer all questions. The dental staff is also very kind and pleasant. The centers are efficient and professional. The process is fast, and emergency walk-ins for dental can be seen right away. The system is structured so patients can make online emergency appointments and get help immediately via tele appointments. The buildings are spotless, beautiful, and smell cleaned, with shiny floors. The staff, including front desk personnel, assistants, and techs, are wonderful, great, polite, courteous, friendly, and kind. The atmosphere is placent and comfortable. Many note and appreciate that the teams include many women providers and staff. Overall, patients are glad to make it their healthcare home and recommend it to others.

You may have to wait a little if you come as a walk-in or arrive during a rush, but they will have you seen same day.
I came as a walk-in after tearing something in my arm, and everybody was fantastic. I was on my way to get Xrays within an hour.
My daughter received dental treatment at this location and they are amazing, my daughter is very scared of the dentist and have extreme anxiety, but she explained to me that they where gentle and caring she felt safe 😊. we do recommend coming here for sure.
I am really happy with my level of care since I switched to this TFHC location. I see Ms. Bency, and she is excellent! I have a complicated health profile, which has been difficult for most health providers to manage. I’ve always felt like docs were unable to keep up with my health needs because I had so much going on. But she is always on the ball!
Whenever I have a sudden problem, I don’t have to wait for an appointment and come into the office either. They have it structured so patients can make an online emergency appointment and get their needs met right away.
