I love the doctor here ( I can’t say her name) . Good doctors are hard to find and she’s awesome. The office staff is nice, my issue is how they handle my insurance. I have an HMO so I need referrals for every specialist. I’ve had to get my own referrals for the last couple months, including a surgery I needed. I get all my medical records and images and literally had to email my MRI to my insurance. I’ve had everything approved except physical therapy. My arm is useless right now. Please insurance staff get it together. I shouldn’t have to do your job , do it please or put me on payroll.
