Very helpful employees at front desk. The doctors are very attentive and have never had a difficult time or bad visit. I was not expecting to feel so comfortable at Tampa Family. They gladly accept Medicaid and Hillsborough Healthcare. They even offer a sliding scale billing for people in need.
I really appreciate Nurse Rebekah and the level she explained everything and Nurse Waylin and Eddie in the Teal room. I ended up admitted, which I didn’t expect but every concern I brought up to them was amazing, I want to also give a shout out to EKG tech Andre and the PA who made sure I had no questions left unanswered. I genuinely didn’t feel my best so I don’t remember everyone’s name but everyone were amazing! Thank you for helping me in my time of need!
My primary care physician is Jennifer Alejo; she has been incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. She makes me feel comfortable, listens carefully, and never makes me feel rushed. She responds to my messages in MyChart within 24 hours or less. I am so thank for her and her team of nurses, who are also incredibly friendly and professional.
At this specific location, the front desk personnel are welcoming and proficient; the pharmacy staff are fast and polite; the bathrooms and facility are clean. I am very grateful for TFHC.
