Hello Gennie Swenson,

My wife and I want to Thank You, Rey and Swenson for your prompt response to our issues!!! On 17 June, 2025 Rey sent out Jose to complete our request. Rey and Jose quickly assessed our problems. Jose reconfigured the faulty tile, and re-patched and sealed our bathtub pipe. His work and craftsmanship was outstanding!!! He also patched the hole in our garage ceiling!!! We are pleased with his results!!! (See attached photos)

I can't say enough great things about Swenson Construction. As a local real estate agent here in the Tampa area, I have referred several clients over the years to the Swenson team. They do amazing work, and their customer service is second to none. I would definitely recommend Swenson Construction to anyone who is looking for a superior general contractor in the Tampa Bay area. You will not find better.
