BayStar was recommended to us for a crawlspace inspection due to their experience working on older homes. Everything went well, they were very easy to communicate with, and we got our report the very next day! The inspector was friendly and explained everything we needed to know.
The house no longer goes crunch in the night! At 96-years-old, my bungalow can't be faulted for having quirks and faults due to age. But the fault line was crossed when the foundation started to fail—no way did I want the place crushing me in the night. Research showed that BayStar Builders had a good rep, so I contracted with the company. Boy, was that the smart thing to do. The crew was outstanding—and from the laughter & singing I often heard as they worked in the crawl space, obviously they like the company too. And Ms. Stevie Ikes is fantastic at keeping clients up to date on all the processes. Definitely 5 stars in every aspect!
