Fred was very professional and helpful with finding the perfect engineered hardwood for our new home. His store had many more samples than any other store we visited. The crew was quick and the work is precise. Replacing our floors with this team was the best decision we have made! The house feels brand new!

After hurricane Helene flooded my place I was overwhelmed, which is an understatement. I got at least 4-5 different quotes from different companies. I was introduced to sunch floors and rockland construction and I feel it was a true blessing. The entire process from start to finish was smooth. The communication was great and I was kept informed through the entire rebuild. Excellent experience! I have already recommended them to friends and neighbors. Would definitely use them again. Super friendly, personable, and professional. Their prices were fair and the work is impeccable. I had Sunch Floors design and install replacement railings in my home in Apollo Beach. All I can say is wow. Very consultative, spent time with me going through pictures to get the right look. The quality of the work was exceptional. They did so good, I contracted them to refurnish my Brazilian cherry floors in my library, which were heavily scratched. The work they did was amazing. Looked almost like new and was very please with the price. They taped everything up, spent extra time and attention to assure there wasn't extra dust and just did an outstanding job.
