I highly recommend Strength & Spine Chiropractic. They helped me recover from a concerning wrist tendon issue ahead of the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games. This will be my 4th Paralympic Games for Wheelchair basketball and my wrists are at the core of everything I do. I needed to train AND recover at the same time, and they made it happen. When I was experiencing pain in my arm after I was injured during Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, I was recommended to see Dr. Cam. He was quickly able to diagnose my injury, and although I was devastated to find out I had injured another disc in my back, he was confident he could get me back to training in a month. Not only was he able to help fix my neck injury, he was able to help me with my old lower back disc injury as well (I couldn't even bend over and now I can touch my toes)! He worked with me every day for a month, and my body stability and confidence improved drastically. I no longer live in fear every day of reinjuring myself. I’ve been to a handful of PT places and chiropractors, and they all have done a great job. But not quite like Strength & Spine, most places give you some exercises then send you on your way as you still pay a premium but Strength & Spine is worth every dollar, they never leave you in the dust- they are there start to finish no matter what, they have all the tools and knowledge to help every injury from strengthening to recovering. There is so much versatility and variety to get out of any long or short term injury. Couldn’t even think of a single negative about this place.
