From checking in to check out, very organized and professional. The worker doing the testing and checking with other relevant doctors reports was caring and understanding. Offices were clean and all ran in a timely manor. Professionally run establishment.

All personal are extremely patient, acommodating, helpful and just great! Glasses are expensive but good here. Only criticism is it takes too long to get finished glasses. Been going here for years, highly reccommend this place & either doctor.

I love St Lucy’s. They are professional , and very knowledgeable. They took the time to listen and explain the differences in the changes to my prescription over the years. They have the newest tech and really care about getting you the best prescription and glasses for you. They care and it shows. I also want to add that Sarah was absolutely amazing and I felt like we were long lost best friends while talking. She was so polite but also so warm and welcoming. You are a rock star.
