The staff is extremely patient, accommodating, and helpful, making sure every patient feels comfortable. While glasses can be expensive, they are of good quality. One common concern is that it sometimes takes a long time to receive finished glasses. The center uses the newest technology to ensure patients get the best prescription and glasses. The staff, including the doctor and Sarah, are professional, kind, and genuinely care about each patient. The positive attitude and warm service create a great experience, making patients feel like they are the most important person around.
I just moved to the area and decided that if someone has named their practice after Saint Lucy, it warrants an appointment. Great staff, great tech and Dr. Worrell was a pro. Very thorough eye exam and in the end I was given an updated script for eyeglasses and a clean bill of optical heath. I shall return.
Something scary came up with my eye and they were able to see me right away and diagnose me and assuage my fears. Dr Stephen and his team are the absolute best! Thank you for always taking care of me and my family ❤️ Highly recommend!
