Their technicians service fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, dishwashers, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, ice machines, refrigeration systems, and commercial HVAC equipment. Customers have shared positive experiences with the service reps. One rep was praised for fixing a grill and for the expertise, with a customer very happy about finally getting the third grill platen fixed. Another rep was a huge saver, getting AC issues at a restaurant back running and explaining the issues with pictures. A technician was informative, patient, and friendly, troubleshooting an oven issue quickly with the maintenance tech, getting the store back up before opening. Another was upbeat, efficient, and excited for the challenge of an old freezer. One rep fixed a cooler door spring promptly and professionally, described as always helpful and knowledgeable.
Our walk in cooler unexpectedly broke down,putting a lot of our inventory at risk.The technician who came out was extremely professional and quickly identified the complex issue.He worked efficiently to repair it,explaining everything clearly along the way.Thanks to his prompt and expert service,our cooler was back up and running in no time,saving us from significant losses and keeping our operations smooth.Especially as we have had multiple people come out and do temporary fixes which caused us to be extremely stressed and incapable to run our business properly.We are also waiting for our ECOSURE Inspector to evaluate our store and with this problem could have caused...read full review

Carlos from SSI. Was a huge saver for us this evening. Dealing with some AC issues at our restaurant. He came in and got everything back running as well as explaining what the issues were with pictures shout out to him!!
