Great online check-in process. Can be busy at times. Even with long wait times, you can come in right before its your turn with online check in. Kaila does a great fade on my haircut & there is a shampoo with scalp massage after. She is very consistent with my cut.

They do a nice job. I usually roll with first available. 4/5 cuts are usually solid. MVP is refreshing. Check in online if you don't want to wait it out there. Its pretty seamless.

Vienna is an absolue gem of a person. She is thoughtful and careful in her service. There's nobody else who I'd wish to style my hair than Vienna and her friendly smile and personality.
