I had a reservation booked at Spa Zenaura while planning a trip from out of town. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my travel and appointment due to a death in the family. I contacted the spa as soon as possible to explain the situation, expecting a bit of compassion or at least some flexibility. Despite the circumstances, they refused to issue any refund or accommodation. It's incredibly disappointing and disheartening to see a business show such a lack of empathy during a time of personal loss. I will not be booking with them again.

Showed up to my massage appointment that was book and confirmed through class pass and the establishment is closed without any notice or cancellation of my appointment. The door decal says they’re open until 8 and it’s currently 4:45? Called 4 times with no answer.

I have to scream THANK YOU to Justin - I have seen him every time I’ve gone over the last couple years , and he never disappoints . I walk out feeling like a brand new person. He is extremely attentive to every ache and pain, nook and cranny. I usually don’t budge and go in until almost can’t walk, and I leave standing upright. If you’re looking for a very therapeutic and attentive massage therapist- he is your guy! If I could give 10 stars I would.

went for a couples massage and loved it! Masseuses were kind and attentive. The spa has a wonderful cozy, calm vibe! 10/10 would go again
