Great place and fantastic staff! Love popping in here for a little recovery. Those Normatec boots combined with the sauna work magic! But so do the hands of the masseuse’s ??‍♀️ I’ve come for the Ultimate Recovery Program as well. It’s about 4 hours of breath work, mobility work, compressions boots, massage, ice bath. I slept real well that night. They know what they’re doing here!
