I started seeing Paula about ten years ago after purchasing a package she had kindly donated to the Mabry Elementary auction. Since then, Paula has helped me through multiple injuries, lots of stress and several new medical challenges. I am very happy to say I now consider her both a friend and an integral part of my health progress. Highly, highly recommend!!

Reviews
IMO Paula is the best LMT in Tampa Bay. She offers a unique, tailored to your needs treatment, that gets results. Her treatment for my shoulder impingement has improved mobility and reduced the pain after 1 treatment.
I’ve been seeing Paula for several years for a multitude of issues. She’s helped me thrive during breast cancer treatment with lymphatic massage, knee replacement recovery and after recent stomach surgery. She is knowledgeable and is constantly taking classes and learning new techniques. Most importantly, in this strange pandemic world, I feel completely safe. She has gotten her vaccinations, and thoroughly sanitizes her facilities after each client. She does an amazing job!!!
