Went there today and let me tell you that outside looks are deceiving. Inside is super nice and clean! The wet area is completely NUDE and let me tell you that everyone there didn’t care . Yes there are looks and some guys do stare at you down there but that’s about it . Every guy that was there was respectful and the facilities are nice . The employees are really caring and I only did the $35 day pass and was there for 4 hours and it’s really nice and relaxing . Definitely will come back

My daughter and I had the most amazing experience today at the Shanghai-La Bath & Sauna located in Tampa. We were treated like valued guests as our bodies were massaged and our skin was washed and exfoliated. We each paid for the Platinum Package and it was well worth the price. We loved every single minute of our time there. I highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone who wants to get a massage, facial and shampoo professionally done leaving you with a feeling of relaxation and peace!

I visited Shangri La Spa and had a mixed experience overall. I treated a friend for her birthday, and we ended up trying a little bit of everything.
The facility itself feels dated, but the staff was genuinely kind and welcoming, which I appreciated.
As for the services… I would not recommend the salt room or the heated rooms—they just didn’t deliver the experience I expected. However, the body scrubs were the standout. Those I would absolutely recommend to anyone, male or female. They were thorough, refreshing, and left your skin feeling amazing.
