Every time it rains our community gate stops working. Securiteam tries to blame residents for it breaking. Our community is a newer community so it’s not malfunctioning older equipment. I have to go to the gate frequently to get deliveries because the virtual guards take forever to answer. Hopefully K Bar stops using them as all the residents have a malfunction every day.

Worst gate company! They keep charging to fix the same issue and it’s yet to be fixed! Waiting so long at the virtual gate guard last night I fell asleep. But they say no one ever waits that long. They also say it’s the residents fault the gates never work. But it doesn’t work every time after a rain and they randomly open by themselves other times. Doesn’t matter a clicker or sticker. Kbar wants their gates fixed!

I've had the displeasure of having to interact with this company's "virtual security guards". They're extremely slow and bad at their jobs. An actual security guard could have it taken care of within a minute or two. This company will create a long, long line because of their inability to work in a timely manner. I'd know, I typed this entire review out while waiting in a 5+ car line that is 100% being caused by this company.
