I recently had Julian Serrano from One Hour Air out for a service call. He did an excellent job with both diagnostics and repair. He communicated well with me during the diagnosis and during the repair. He sent me an email with pictures and video so I could see exactly what wrong and then later what he was doing during the repair. Excellent job, Julian… Thanks!
Joseph Laconetti was absolutely awesome!! I said he was absolutely awesome !! He was the 3rd technical finally who resolved my month long issues. Extremely technologically knowledgeable and impressive, for me, an Electrical Engineer with a PhD I was absolutely impressed with his knowledge and subject matter acuity. You want Joseph to service and diagnose any HVAC issues or complications you have.
Plus he is a nice guy to boot!
