I called them on Monday 11/3 and got an appointmernt for the sames day. When it got late in the day I called and rescheduled. The techn ician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed and then removed ice from the bottom of my freezer. The repair price was very reasonable and we will use them in the future.
