They never answer the phone 🙄🙄🙄 they will literally pick up and end the call. Nevertheless, I went to get a blowout. No wash or condition. Just a blowout. They told me $80!!!! At max, I pay about $45 anywhere else. I do not have too much hair either. Ruth, the main stylist is very rude and rough with hair. I wouldn't trust her to brush my dog, much less touch my hair. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!

Update: Went back the next day (today) to get it fixed. I just got it dyed back brown, so it has a rinse color, which looks much better. As I said before, the cut can definitely be easily finessed. Overall, even after the mix-up, they were at least attempted to fix it. Although it may have missed the mark from what I originally wanted, the service itself was still good- and that is worth noting. ---- Came in as a walk for a cut and color from good reviews & recommendations online. I'm still im shock over my hair. It was already short, but I wanted it cut shorter- for a cute curly short look. I also wanted a copper/cinnamon/ginger mix of color. What I got: a very short razor cut with very orange-red hair (photot doesnt show how bright it is in perdon). We blew it out and straightened it to try and make it look better- but it didn't do anything really. I hate my hair, but I'll try to finesse it.... it def has to be re-dyed though to be darker bc right now it's just clownish. I can't do anything with the hair itself, bc it was cut too short. I'm just really upset after all that. I left a decent tip ($75 on a $125 bill) bc the girl was decently nice- but still I really hate my hair. I really really hate my hair.

The actual owner has such a diarrhea attitude, I stood there while my mom was paying and Ruth was just looking at me with a stank face. I happen to look over and she was trying to stare into my soul, so I stared at her back with the same diarrhea face she had towards me. I don’t understand why she acted like that, I didn’t even speak at the Salon or even realized who she was till we went to pay. Why are you so angry Ruth!

I've been coming here for years. They are really good and always make sure they listen to the client if they don't like something. They cut my hair really fast as well! Super nice family.

Took my mother in law to get a hair cut (hair isn't even two inches long). I asked Ruth if she could cut her hair, she said yes. Once my mother in law sat down and started to get her hair cut Ruth yelled to the stylist hurry up because the client with an appointment walked in. when she clearly said to the stylist to cut her hair. I was a walk in so I understand but she told the stylist to take her, if she knew the stylist had an appointment she shouldn't have sat my mother in law down.was very rude and unprofessional!Service: Haircut

I got a hair wash, trim, and blow dry and Ruth’s hair salon and charged me $60. The girl that did my hair was very nice and careful with my hair since is very thin, does not require a lot of work per say, but the price that The owner or person in charge priced me was ridiculous. I recommend the girl that did my hair but not the business, You don’t overcharged customers if you want to keep them. Not business smart.Service: Haircut
