Ellie performed a lash lift and tint on me. She was kind, professional, and very responsive to my feedback - I’m picky, and she literally redid them for me. She didn’t have to do that, and it’s a great sign for how they handle customer service here. It’s a couple days after my service was done and my lashes still look AMAZING!
