Their work is immaculate and although everyone has a bad taste for construction, I have noticed especially at the Ashton Oaks project, that the roads are kept clean and impact outside of their site is minimal. Keep up the great work RIPA!

Extremely good/fair company to work for with great benefits too. I totally recommend anyone to give em a try for the team. Just don't be late. I was late 8 times within my 5+ months of being hired. I lost my job just before the holidays.
